10:15 AM - 10:45 AM - Yoga with Lonny
- Work on your physical and mental development as you go through various yoga flows designed to improve flexibility, and functional strength, and help the body to get rid of the weight of daily stress.
- If you would like to participate in yoga, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat for a more comfortable experience.
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM - HIIT with F45 Aliana
- Get moving and sweating as you work through fun agility drills and strength movements for a full-body workout
11:45 AM - 12:15 PM - Taekwondo with Master Choi
- Kick, bond, and have a blast! It’s the perfect way to get active and connect as a family!
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM - Zumba with Kenyetta
- Take the "work " out of workout with this high-intensity fitness dance party!
1:15 PM - 1:45 PM - Sound Bath with Arshi
- Join us for an immersive, meditative listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind, body and soul.
